- Kept City Council accountable to Bridle Trails residents
- Organised Get to Know your Neighborhood Program, Bridle Trails Night Out — 10 years in a row
- Prevented Sound Transit Maintenance Facility on 520 Commercial site
- Prevented group homes re-zoning in our single family neighborhood
- Spearheaded Bridle Trails Park Projects on 140th, Corner Park, and Viewpoint Park
- Spearheaded many Neighborhood Enhancement Projects — Cherry Crest Mini Park, Bridle Trails Neighborhood signs
- Contributed to the Comprehensive Bel-Red Corridor Plan
- Provided outreach and ideas to the Comprehensive Bridle Trails Neighborhood Plan
- Mentored new civic leaders
- Stopped freeway ramp on 130th Ave NE
- Enacted Tree Retention Plan for Bridle Trails (March 20, 2006) for 900 R1 (35,000 sf) lots to preserve the unique wooded character of the Bridle Trails subarea
- Kept the City accountable to the resident-informed and Council-approved Bridle Trails Neighborhood Plan — "Keeping Bridle Trails Rural"
- Fostered partnerships with Bellevue Police, City of Bellevue Liaisons, Boards and Commissions
- Organised opposition to commercial projects that impacted quality of life for residents
- Provided forums for public discourse with the City of Bellevue, King County, Department of Transportation, Puget Sound Energy, and City Councils
